About Dr. Norman Rowe

A board-certified plastic surgeon in New York, Dr. Norman Rowe specializes in revision, breast, and rhinoplasty procedures. This includes short-scar breast reduction procedures, for which Dr. Rowe is known. Beyond this, Dr. Norman Rowe draws on his extensive experience in plastic surgery to provide a range of skin, face, breast, and body treatments to patients through his private practice. Such treatments are both surgical and nonsurgical in nature, though all incorporate the newest techniques and technology to reduce trauma and scarring. A graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine, Dr. Rowe has completed postgraduate training in such areas as plastic surgery and hand surgery. He has also worked at several hospitals while maintaining his private practice. An associate professor at the School of Medicine at St. George’s University, he has completed dozens of research projects and articles on plastic surgery-related topics. Dr. Norman Rowe has received several awards and honors. Among these, he was invited to speak at the 68th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and won research grants from the National Institutes of Health and the Plastic Surgery Foundation.
